الوصف الوظيفي
Greet clients as they arrive and offer them refreshments
Prep clients for their haircut and ask what type of styling they want
Be able to understand hair to their clients specifications
Engage in friendly conversation with clients
Keep your station, tools, and equipment sanitized and in good condition
Ensure you have the proper products in stock for future clients
Wash & condition
Clean and sterilize scissors, combs, clippers, and other instruments.
Clean tools or equipment and ensure floor is sweeped
Provide face, scalp and neck massages
Style hair using chemical solutions and styling tools.
Exceptional Customer service skills
Ability to follow instructions
Able to sound knowledge of current hairstyle and trends
Meet required targets set, sales, data capture, KPI’s
Ensure company uniform is worn at all times
Drape and pin protective cloths around customers’ shoulders.

Barber or hairstylist license
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Organizational and time-management abilities
