Ezeebiz is UAE’s first B2B services marketplace – An All-in-one solution for business in the UAE.
Our digital platform helps entrepreneurs and business owners set up a business successfully in the UAE by taking them through a curated journey and providing simplified unbiased data and enabling them to make the right decision using rich comparative reports.
Ezeebiz is looking for young, dynamic, and smart candidates with relevant experience in the Business set up industry in the UAE, to join our growing sales team.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be result oriented.
The Business Set-Up Advisor is responsible for generating and developing sales, providing sales consultations, and executing the license application and completion process.
In addition, she/he should be able to do, cold calling, scope new areas of business, develop strategic partners. and set-up and assist multiple clients with different zones.
She/he should be proficient in, document creation and management, customer relations and database management.
Fluency in English is a must and being bilingual (Arabic speaking) would be an advantage.

Scope of Duties is as follows:
Convert and close leads generated through an array of marketing platforms into realized business
The candidate will be responsible for generating and closing new leads and advising on BUSINESS SET UP and COMPANY FORMATION solutions in UAE mainland, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions.
Conduct meetings with potential clients to develop an understanding of their businesses and consult and execute for clients, the entire process of setting up a business in UAE
Fully understand the product offerings of Ezeebiz and local laws related to different business set up processes and be able to educate clients about the processes and requirements
Present recommendations to clients regarding the business opportunities and advantages of starting a business in different zones in UAE
Manage the process to deliver high levels of cost-clarity and customer satisfaction at all times
Manage client portfolio and advise them on the most appropriate setup for their desired business activity
Carrying out research to understand the nature of business the client intends to start and its implications in different zones in UAE
Contribute to the development of marketing materials, promotions, and digital content
Attend networking events to promote Ezeebiz services
Liaising with internal teams to keep the client informed on the progress and ensure proper communication
Prepare and present sales reports to the management. Update and maintain CRM system to facilitate opportunity tracking and robust pipeline data
Ensure that accurate documentation is submitted in a timely manner

المهارات
· Minimum 5+ years of extensive experience of working with a Free Zone or a Corporate Services Provider in the UAE as Business Setup Advisor or Sales Executive.
· Good understanding of free zones, mainland, and offshore company formations in the UAE is mandatory.
· Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills with demonstrated history of converting leads.
