About Management Partners

Management Partners provides top-management consultancy services across the Middle East to leading public and private sector entities. Management Partners key service lines are Economic Development, Corporate and Business Strategy, Business & Technology Transformation.

Management Partners has offices in the Middle East in Dubai/ UAE, Manama/ Bahrain, Baghdad/ Iraq and serves the KSA market through our partners.

We are looking for freelance experts to join our MP connect community.

Requirement for Freelance experts:

Independent Professionals of different seniority levels of consulting experience gained either in one of the top global consulting firms, as an inhouse consultant in blue chip companies or a combination of both.
Independent Professionals with deep industry experience and/or special functional expertise and certifications in areas like business process modeling, organizational excellence, quality management, change management, blockchain, artificial intelligence, etc.
All independent professionals who have working experience from various industry verticals, including industrial clients, telecom, oil & gas, financial institutions, healthcare, construction service and retail and the public sector.
All Independent Professionals should have ideally previous work experience in the Middle East region. To be fluent in English is a must, Arabic is a bonus.
We are looking for experts to join our community who can add value to our existing and upcoming projects. We would require strategy consultants, management consulting experts, environmental and climate change expert, infrastructure expert, power utilities expert, port expert, Urban Policy, and Institutional systems expert, Municipal finance expert, intellectual property experts, diversity & inclusion experts etc.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record.
Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in past positions
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Deep industry, sector and functional expertise (including but not limited to strategy, supply chain management, business development, project management, etc.)
Willingness to travel frequently within the region and internationally
Experience in middle east region.
Excellent oral and writing communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
