We are hiring for a Sales Manager for our client which is one of the largest Real Estate Developers in the UAE.
Job Requirements
• Must possess 10+ years of experience in Sales Management and Team Supervision.
• Good Exposure in handling a sales team in the past.
• Proven Track record of the targets achieved in sales.
• Multilingual would be a plus. Eg: English/French/Arabic.
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Managing a Team of Direct/In Direct Sales Agents
• Up scaling the team to reach their full potential.
• Constantly training the team and maintaining the consistency in their performance.
• Expert in handling VIP Clients.
• Assisting the team in closing the deals.
