L1 Support Engineer
Job location: Dubai
• Should be able to trouble shoot Desktops, Laptops.
• Configure & Trouble shoot printer, Scanner
• Support MS office and Email.
• Basic Network trouble shooting like connecting Switches, cabling
• Must have worked in Educational Institution
• Should be aware of school Management software & Interactive whiteboards /smartboards. Projectors etc.
