About the role: You will play an essential role in the supply chain, demand forecasting and many other key fields of the company. You will use analytical, marketing, and sales data of a company to effectively estimate future product demands. Key duties include planning inventory flow, analyzing statistical data, and generating forecasting solutions. HERE’S A SNAP SHOT OF WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE: ● Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns ● Maintain efficient replenishment model to keep top seller in stock at all times ● Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities ● Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy ● Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management ● Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies ● Conduct monthly review meeting of key categories and lay out forecast maintenance ● Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner ● Price match top products against key competitor in the market and ensure a satisfactory service level ● Manage pricing and promotions to ensure profitability المهارات ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Be a team player ● Proficient in MS Office – Word, PowerPoint – advanced excel is a Pus ● Ability to work under pressure and meet all deadlines ● Proven Demand planning skills and ability to apply demand planning methodologies successfully ● Effective people and team-building proficiencies ● Ability to mange multiple tasks and work under pressure ● Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP system is a plus ● Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters ● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively YOUR EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: ● Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields ● A minimum of 3 years experience in a demand planning/forecasting role ● Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures ● Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge ● Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/demand-planner-4488579/ |
