We are looking for an Infrastructure Support Specialist for a client based in Dubai, UAE.

• You must have a total of 4 to 7 years’ experience.
• Have a solid understanding of a domain/corporate IT environment including PC/Laptop setup.
• You must have solid experience on IT Infrastructure Architect to design and implement information systems that support client’s infrastructure.
• Be able to conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users.
• Be able to investigate, analyze and troubleshoot end-users issues with laptops, desktops, mobile devices, network printers and hardware.
• Have the ability to multi-task by working on several tickets/projects simultaneously.
• Be able to develop and implement policies for the use of cloud services, managing requests for new technology, establishing a secure cloud environment, and ensuring appropriate availability of services.
