• 8+ years of Search engine technology
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Deep knowledge on Search and Information Retrieval domains.
• Hands-on knowledge on Elastic search products.
• Search technology skills: Elastic, Lucene, Faceted search
• Have experience working on GoLang and PHP
• AWS platform and services knowledge
• Experience in the Real Estate Classified industry is a big plus
