Job Description
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Analyze risks and opportunities
• Oversee project procurement management
• Identify all the requirements of the projects based on the provided scope of work at the time of project award.
• Preparation of the project checklist to identify the project requirements.
• Ability to work in the Building maintenance field
• Preparation of Procurement schedule including all material, sub-contracting, tools and machinery, labor requirement...etc.
• NOC, PTW, APTW, MAS – approved with samples, Shop drawing – approved, DB -Schedule, RA – approved, MS – approved, Safety MR
• Special approvals (BHS, substation / electrical room entry,)
• Project Schedule, Material Request, Logistic Plan.
• Experience working with Government bodies like Dubai Airports, Dewa is an added advantage.
Requirement:
• Candidate must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Maintenance
• Candidate must be available in UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
