Draughtsman

A Fit-out Company based in Business Bay Dubai is currently looking for a Draughtsman.
Requirements:
• The candidate should be efficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp and have knowledge of 3Dmax. Should have well knowledge in authority approvals, joinery drawings, architectural drawings, and basic knowledge of MEP
• Proven work experience as a Draftsman specially Joinery & fit-out works
• Architectural/Joinery and interior designing for 2D Plans
• Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting alongside the engineering team
• Prepare the joinery cutting lists for all loose wooden/metal furniture and case goods
• Prepare, read, and interpret drawings and sketches
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team
• Make detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for productions
• Coordinate with concerns to gather necessary technical design and changes
• Should have good knowledge in joinery fabrication drawings
• Effective interpersonal skills, ability to listen and communicate well to line management & subordinates
• Being able to work with one or more teams
• Previous experience in Interior Fit-out company a must; minimum experience of 3 - 5 years
• Must be based in UAE
