The Sales Representative shall devote his/her entire time & best efforts to promote the sales & marketing of the very specific products and services Detay Living to all existing customers and potential customers

The Sales Representative shall also insure the following:
Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports
Ensure all sales information is provided to the Employer
Provide options for Employer of marketing strategies
Competitive marketing problems and the current developments in the region
Information on poor credit risk customers
Contents of all correspondence concerning sale or order processing
Cooperation with the Employer’s personnel
Investigation and handling of customer’s rejections, service problems and complaints within the assigned territory
Prompt handling of enquiries, correspondence and orders received directly or forwarded by the Employer
Speedy follow-up of all inquiries received directly or from the Employer
Promote products/services to new and existing customers
Prioritize and or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value
Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
