The graduate training program has been in place for last 5+ years and we have had many engineers being a part of the same either in group or individually (with most of them already graduated from the program and assigned to the respective departments/ functions).

Under the umbrella of Future Class Program is: Graduate Training Program I Internships I Vocational Program. 

Our Future Class Program recruits, trains, places and retains high potential college graduates from various global universities. Past recruits have come from over a wide range of universities, giving us a wide and dynamic talent pool.

If the graduate is from one of the following stream, the program could be perfect for them:

Engineering
Supply Chain Management
Information Technology
Human Resources
Business Administration
Finance
Sales & Marketing
Job Location: Dubai | Abu Dhabi | KSA | Oman | Qatar

We have already initiated the process of launching our Graduate Program hiring for the year 2022. We will be recruiting fresh graduate engineers to support the continuity of the business. The minimum requirement to qualify for the position includes the following:

Minimum Qualifications:

Engineering degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical or Industrial
Master of Science degree in Engineering, Management or Business Administration will be plus
Minimum Experience:

Potential candidate must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher on 4.0 grading scale (or the grading equivalent).

Hands-on experience with IT tools and business software systems.

Ability to develop action plans and schedules.
Ability to write reports and presentations to support the decision process by senior management.
