• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
• Actively monitor industry & market trends and develop new acquisition ideas/strategies.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Continuously run marketing experiments including baseline, creative, content, and frequency testing to improve key performance metrics.
• Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
Qualifications
• Proven work experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist.
• You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective. multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in marketing-related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Good/excellent knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.
