Zee stores has an immediate opening for a Sales Order Processor. In this role, you will review orders, process it thru our shipment system (Oracle). You will coordinate with pick up and dispatch team for a smooth on time delivery. You will also communicate with sales team to update them on the status of orders.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Process daily sales orders in an orderly manner
• Create delivery paperwork for outbound deliveries
• Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
• Communicate delivery updates with sales team
• Monitor inventory
Requirements and Qualifications
• Good English communication (verbal and written), people and leadership skills
• 2+ years of shipping or warehouse logistics experience in UAE (preferred with Oracle)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Data entry experience and product knowledge
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexible with working shift on a 6 day week workdays
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Candidates currently in UAE preferred.
