Commercial Manager

A Leading Manufacturing company in UAE is hiring Commercial manager.
• Fine the marketing strategy and control its implementation in order to guarantee market share and the commercial margin of company products.
• Initiate, interpret and use information in a way adapted inside and outside the company for planning and implementing effective marketing strategy.
• Achieve the operational and organizational goals in conformity with the company strategy. Apply and make apply the management tools and standard procedures of company
• Recruit talent collaborators and develop their potential to ensure the continuity and the improvement of company management.
• Define the Logistic strategy in order to satisfy the customers at the effective cost.
• Anticipate market evolutions and adapt company position accordingly in order to safeguard commercial interests. Manage and direct the sales team to focus on achieving the company strategy and targets.
• Advice and suggest to the General Manager on various matters deemed necessary for effective Marketing realizations
• Participates in the establishment and implementation of the quality assurance program
• Verifies the quality achievement.
• Shall regularly assess the adequacy and effective implementation of quality assurance program ( Al least 1 audit and 1 MR)
• Bilingual candidate’s preferred. Candidates currently in UAE only
