Main Responsibilities:
Managing, writing blogs on the internal website and other Social Media Channels.
Conducting research related to developers in the Real Estate industry and new laws / regulations published by the government.
Ensure efficient optimum delivery method of content and messaging to the external clients for better traction and engagement.
Agree on the design and content with the Executive Management.
Ensure attractive designs on EDMs.
Develop, design and release the monthly E-magazine to showcase available properties, new developments and market performance.
Develop the weekly, monthly social media and events calendar on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and google ads.
Advise on content creation to generate more followers.
Create and design day-to-day online advertising.
Managing the company’s website updates and provide content management support.
Advise the Sales Director on the design aspect, from illustration, video graphic perspective, editing and finalizing the campaigns.
