Financial Controller
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining holding company accounts.
• Preparation of month-end financial packs for Group companies.
• Verify and post journals and invoices.
• Create and issue invoices to subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with Group auditors to provide backup documentation.
• Coordinate with ERP / CRM external support partners and local staff to make system improvements.
• Prepare accounting reports and present their results.
• Analyze and summaries financial information.
• Provide technical accounting support and advice to subsidiary finance staff.
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
• Perform internal audits on Group subsidiaries.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies.
Requirements & Skills
• University graduate in Business / Finance / Accounting / CMA / ICAEW / ACCA / ACA oriented or equivalent through experience.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team or individually.
• Written and spoken English fluency is a must. Additional languages are an added advantage.
• Internal or external audit experience.
• Experience in ERP implementation
• A high level of skill in Microsoft Excel is required.
