Call Validator Coordination Required
Role and Responsibilities:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Candidates should be well experienced in Telecom or other Digital services or Real Estate if in case of experienced one.
• To ensure that phone calls to and from the office are attended promptly, politely and to entire satisfaction of the caller by doing a proper call validation.
• Voice clarity should be there so that caller will be in position to understand.
• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Will be the point of contact for the sales team & customer by providing feedback on demand and information
• Ensuring the accuracy of sales related documents and flexibility
• Responsible for after-sales support Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Experienced and Fresher’s both are welcomed
