Attend the safety inspection with client, consultant and main contractor’s safety inspector on weekly basis at various areas.
Negotiating with managers and engineers to try eliminate conflict between production and safety considerations.
Provision of oversight, guidance and leadership to engineers and field supervisor.
Attending the safety walk round at site with senior construction team and senior management.
Identification of risk and hazards to which person may be exposed to including ergonomic risk analyses and evaluate the risk identified.
Document plan of safe work procedures to mitigate, reduce and control the risk and hazards.
Review and prepare risk assessment.
inform employee regarding risk and hazards in their work areas.
conducts the safety induction training for new employees to familiar risk and hazards.
Monitoring and advising to achieve sufficient and satisfactory provisions of welfare facility for employees at site.
Participate In audit of main contractor system, procedures, and physical conditions.
Understanding the implication of health and safety regulations
Play the part in planning meeting to identify any health and safety concerns inherent in the operational daily work plan with the management and preparing of weekly minutes of meeting for the awareness and for the safety concerns issues.
Ensuring that working environment for workers is conducive at all times through enhancing sufficient
Carrying out investigation of every minor /major accident independently with committee members.
Reporting the near miss and communicating their hazards; control measures to the workforce in the form of toll box talk. Maintain the all required records and documentation
المهارات
High School diploma
OHS certificates
Minimum 2 years experience
Good in excel usage
Good in computer usage
Good in internet usage
Excellent in English reading and writing, listening and speaking
