Western Valuers Consultancy headquartered in Dubai. We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization specializing in real estate valuation, Plant & Machinery (Industrial Business Assets) Valuation and development strategic advisory.
We are looking for an Industrial Evaluation Specialist , who has experience in evaluating machinery, equipment, tools and other items that are related to various industries.

Project Location(s): Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
• Valuations of plant and machinery as per the guidance provided by the International Valuation Standards (IVS).
• Make on site visits, inspect the assets and interview clients
• Examine all variables that impact asset s present or future value (comparable asset sales, previous sales records, depreciated value, future developments etc.,).
• Provide inspections, inventory appraisals, and valuation/remarketing consulting.
• You will be responsible for aggregating, analyzing, interpreting and reporting the data.
• Conduct formal survey of Industrial equipment, machinery, commercial property or land before it is sold, mortgaged, insured, or developed.
Skills/Experience
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and in a team environment.
• Client relationship management and business development
• Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Chartered Surveyor (MRICS, Assoc RICS) and Register Valuer status or ASA member
• 3 + years of experience in appraising / evaluating machinery & equipment at a professional services accounting or valuation firm.
• Fluency in English, verbal and written.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
