Network Engineer - Cloud Operations

Our client is a Leading Telecom Company. They are now looking for an Network Engineer – Cloud Operations to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Working in cloud operations team on daily operational customer facing tasks.
Managing cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
Deploying and debugging cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the operation lifecycle.
Employing problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they snowball into problems.
Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the company excel.
Work on shift basis along with operations team

Immediate Joiners or 1 month Notice Period

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Preferred) or Engineering.
Experience working with different types of OS Administration (Windows and Linux)
5 years’ experience in system administration and cloud computing
Experience with VMware technologies (vCloud, vCenter, ESXi, NSX)
Experience with different backup domains (Networker, Data Domain, Commvault)
Experience working with Microsoft Azure Administration.
Knowledge with RedHat Openstack administration is a plus
Knowledge of shell scripting and PowerShell.
Extensive experience with system engineering and ticketing systems such as ITSM.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace.
