Accomplishes warehouse operations by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
Oversees distribution, warehousing, and shipping.
Meets warehouse operations by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage.
Manages warehouse operations by stock control, inventory management, and motivating employees.
Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems.
Establishes follows and enforces safety standards and procedures in compliance with a healthy work environment and legal requirements.
Achieves warehouse operations by contributing recommendations and following policies.
Contributes to creating and recommending strategic plans and reviews in order to achieve operational objectives.
Prepares and implements production and quality plans based on customer service standards. Resolves problems and identifies trends.

المهارات
A bachelor’s or associate degree in business administration is a plus
Ability to manage processes successfully
Proficient in schedule and report creation
Skilled in analyzing information
Leadership, decision making, and problem-solving skills
5+ years of related warehouse managing experience
