Reporting to: Head of Performance Media
Schedule: 4.5 days a week, Monday to Thursday (8:00am to 5:00pm). Friday (8.00am to 12.00pm)
Salary: AED 10k to 15k - Subject to Experience
Commission: Target/Performance Related, Uncapped
Required Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English (please do not apply if you do not speak Arabic)
Purpose of the position:
The Performance Media Key Account Manager is responsible for the successful setup, management, and optimization of our clients Paid Digital Marketing Campaigns, on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Developing positive client relationships and experiences is essential to the role. The Performance Media Account Manager is expected to identify opportunities that will support our client’s growth, build our portfolio of campaigns and bring new revenue to our company via cross-selling, referrals, renewals, and upselling. They must be able to build trust in their relationships with our clients and provide expert advice & strategies that contribute to the long-term success of our business and our client’s businesses.
It is the Account Manager’s responsibility to increase the exposure of our client’s websites to targeted audiences on Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other Search Engines in order to enhance their online visibility within their respective markets to aid and assist the ultimate goals of achieving growth, ROI, and increased profitability.
Scope:
The Key Account Manager reports to the Head of Performance Media. They are responsible for managing clients and coordinating with cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Failure to provide these services in an effective and efficient manner will result in disruptions in the provision of services.
Key Responsibilities
Build a positive rapport with our clients based upon trust and maintain strong relations with them throughout the duration of their contracts.
Expert knowledge and capability to plan, set up, and manage digital marketing strategies and campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
Closely monitor client campaigns with respect to budgets, KPIs, and overall performance, regularly optimize all accounts (minimum once a week per account).
Strong focus on building and nurturing relationships with clients, through reporting and regular meetings. You will be required to visit clients at their office when requested.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required both for client communication as well as writing ad copy and ad content for relevant campaigns.
Must coordinate with a dedicated designer and developer who will design and create all banners, artwork, and landing pages for your clients.
Proactively approach existing clients to discuss the renewal of their contracts.
Research, explore, identify and pitch growth opportunities to our clients. Nurture, upsell and cross-sell to increase each client’s portfolio of campaigns.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders and executives.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to our client’s specific needs and objectives.
Assist in chasing and collecting any overdue payments from clients.
Analyze data, market, and industry conditions to deliver sound strategies to our clients. Complete comprehensive research in order to offer solutions to our clients that assist them in fulfilling their business goals and objectives.
Effectively and efficiently manage a large portfolio of accounts/campaigns, providing expert strategies and solutions each month to each client.
Communicate clearly and frequently with all clients via telephone, email, meetings, messages etc. the progress of their Digital Marketing Campaigns via weekly, monthly & quarterly reports.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
Respond to clients’ queries in a timely manner.

Must be fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbally).
2 years minimum experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook & Instagram.
A minimum of 2 years of agency experience is required; Client Relationship Management experience is a must.
Expert knowledge in using the following platforms: Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work in a high-pressure environment, managing a minimum of 40 clients.
SEO experience preferable
Sales experience preferable
