Address customer and team requests related to product damage and aftersales support;
Communicate, cooperate, and follow up with vendors and suppliers for repair and parts;
Communicate and update customers for repair/replacement status, conditions, additional costs, delivery details, etc. Follow-up timely and proactively, and handle complaints, if necessary;
Assess product damages, determine whether the product is under warranty;
Order and receive product spare parts, repair product damages personally whenever possible;
Arrange repaired product delivery and prepare delivery notes;
Make invoices for product replacement.
Maintain and upkeep all related relevant documentation and files both physical and digital;
Prepare monthly reports for the management.
المهارات
1-3 years of experience in aftersales or sales administration;
Ideally, experience in the optical business;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Familiarity with industry software (Odoo or similar);
Attention to detail, reliability, and great interpersonal skills;
Customer service attitude;
Fluency in English.
