Lazru Cosmetics Trading LLC is a fast-growing cosmetics company originally based in Munich. This year we moved our location to Dubai and sell one of the most successful hair growth products on the German and European market. Our customers and their satisfaction are our top priority. Since we are planning further products, we are now looking for active support for the corresponding customers, primarily for german and european customers. Fluent german and english is therefore desirable.

Your Tasks
You are responsible for answering & following up on current support requests.
You assess the inquiries regarding their relevance for the further development of our products as well as the introduction of new products.
You are involved in our online marketing, incorporate customer feedback and their pain points, independently develop suggestions for improvement and optimization.
Add-On: You can imagine growing with us & maybe later even taking on responsibility for other employees in the support area.
Your Profile
You are enthusiastic about cosmetic products?
Do you want to be close to the customer and do you enjoy this?
You can empathize with the customer, respond to his problem and perhaps you have already had initial experience with support?
You are communicative, articulate, creative and solution-oriented?
You are fluent in German and English?
You have good knowledge of common Microsoft applications?
You enjoy dealing with complex issues?
You work independently, with a high degree of commitment, initiative and service orientation?
