Job Title – Team Leader - International Logistics

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 4000 / Month

Job Description

Responsible for Team’s receiving international orders in system and documents verification
Responsible for segregation, sorting of orders at country level
Conducting Physical Inspection as per IL SOP per country level and ensuring team is following the same
Responsible for data accuracy of order’s actual contents, value, weight, destination & highlighting to his Supervisor & AM
Responsible for Security pass or fail of his team’s work _ checking as per UAE customs Import/Export rule & regulations
Ensuing no DG, contraband, counterfeit, illegal, prohibited, controlled items
Responsible for team’s processing International orders in the system country level
Responsible to do the security of the boxes, pass it and give to team members for packing
Responsible for export on time as per the cut off vendors/customs etc
Responsible to check, no marking on boxes for DG, Li-ion, hazard, flamable or any other controlled signs which can raise a red flag during customs inspection in UAE and cross border
Collecting data from team members for Invoice, Packing List and Delivery Advice and other docs
Checking the requirements of every country’s Import regulations before processing and export
Informing destination’s required docs to AM and other stakeholders
Providing SKU level packed boxes information to Supervisor and other stakeholders
Responsible to prepare, Invoice, PKL, DA and other documents as per origin/destination customs
Arranging transportation, checking Gate Pass, archiving the all documents
Checking and forwarding documents to clearing agents for customs inspection in JAFZA
Sending Pre-Alert details to internal colleagues, agents

المهارات
Requirements:

Having Good Industry experience from well reputed logistics companies
Should have working experience on ground in International Operations
Should have B2C & B2B, E-commerce or Courier industry experience

Computer skills - Excel mandatory
