We are looking for a skilled Painter to paint the interior and exterior of structures, buildings and other surfaces. Your job will be important since good painting has both practical and aesthetic benefits.

An excellent painter is knowledgeable in selecting the right material for their job. They have experience in painting with various tools and in various heights and spaces while observing all safety measures. They must be reliable and deft as well as possess great attention to detail in completing their duties.

The goal is to deliver high-quality painting work.

Attend Site Visit

Follow the company process and procedure of attending the site.
Record and estimate materials such as paint, brush, paint roller, machinery and other requirements and pass on information to Main10 Supervisor.
Site Work

Take photograph of site before start of work.
Make site preparations such as covering electrical accessories, furniture, other immovable items and complete flooring.
Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sand paper remove old paint while making sure of site cleanliness and hygine.
Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. putty)
Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools such as brush, paint roller, etc.
Apply varnish and other finishes if required.
Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions as per UAE government regulations and to Main10 standards
Ensure paint finish is as per Main10 Standards.
Apply special texture paint and coatings.
Complete the work as per client’s satisfaction. Redo if needed.
Post completion clean the premises and remove all work-related tools and settings and put the room back in the original state.
Take the photo and show it to client and record in Main10 server.
Take feedback from client and record it.

المهارات
3+ year of proven experience as a painter in UAE.
Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them.
Solid knowledge of residential/industrial painting.
Proficiency in using appropriate tools (brushes, painting roller, machinery etc.)
Knowledge to work on scaffolding, ladder etc.
Familiar with Safety requirements.
Basic English and Maths understanding is desirable.
