Responsible for the writing of recruitment advertisements, the maintenance and updating of recruitment websites, and the information communication of recruitment websites. 10. Application, control and reimbursement of recruitment fees. 11. Summarize the problems existing in the recruitment work, put forward reasonable suggestions for optimizing the recruitment system and process, and complete the recruitment analysis report. 12. Communicate and exchange with other recruiters about the recruitment process, recruitment methods and skills to improve the efficiency of recruitment activities. 13. Responsible for the establishment of enterprise talent pool, resume management and information confidentiality. 14. Collect talent market information in various regions, and be familiar with personnel regulations in various regions. 15.
