Accountant

Accountant Required
We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, financial management, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day accounting processes ensuring that proper books of accounts are maintained for effective financial control in accordance with standards.
• Lead the execution of month-end and year-end closing activities as per policies and procedures.
• Managing the bank accounts, bank reconciliation & extensive PDC management.
• Quarterly VAT reporting in line with FTA and all other relevant tax authorities’ requirements.
• Standardization of accounting schedules and implement quality review process.
• Produce monthly & year Profit &Loss;per property managed units.
Requirements;
• Ability to communicate clearly & professionally, both orally and in writing
• 3+ years of experience as an Accountant in accounting & finance operations Must have education background in finance/accounting
• Must have experience work independently as accountant
• Must be able to generate the balance sheet/financial report
• Must be experienced with Zoho books
