Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC currently searching for an experienced Sales Director to join our Perfect Team. For this position, candidates must have 5+ years’ experience working with a top tier landscaping or Construction Company based in Dubai.
Candidate must have substantial landscaping Maintenance, Operation background, strong on soft and Hardscape, creative mindset, with solid technical background in AutoCAD, Database design and planning. Knowledge in 3D designing is a plus. Photoshop, and other architectural software’s to assist creating drawings, renders and designs for essential enhancements and new projects.- With strong Sales, Negotiation, Communication and Problem Solving skills - Highly motivated and able to meet sales target - Preferably with UAE Landscaping and Swimming pool construction background and UAE Driver’s License .
Applicant should be in UAE, holder of an UAE driving license, and ideally has luxury community/construction background and database.
