Authority Coordinator
• We are looking for an Authorities Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Dubai and Sharjah.
• Bachelor of Science in Architect Graduate.
• Previously worked with local Dubai and Sharjah authorities and other agencies ensuring all design submittals comply with regulations.
• Experience in all of Dubai & Sharjah local authorities’ rules, regulations & procedures. (Dubai Municipality, DDA, JAFZA, RTA, Sharjah Municipality, Civil Defense, etc)
• Excellent interpersonal & Communications skills (Arabic & English)
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to secure approvals, agreements, or undertakings with other governmental departments and third parties.
• Actively support the monitoring and implementation of requirements to obtain necessary NOC’s and approvals.
• Tracks and maintains accurate and up-to-date information on the status of permits.
