الوصف الوظيفي Being Part of Solution Support Team – Assisting customer with Integrating ACI with Other Supported Vendor Products. ACI – Fabric Initialization, Fabric Access Policies, Tenant, Bridge Domain, Subnets, EPG’s, Contracts, Subject, Filter, Extending Fabric through L2Out and L3out connectivity, VMM Integration, L4-L7 Graphs, Firmware Upgrade. Assisting customers with the fix to all kinds of issues related to ACI and its connectivity with External Devices (Firewall / Switches / Routers) etc. Deep Dive Troubleshooting (taking packet captures) for connectivity to isolate and rectify issues. Providing proactive support to the customers in case they have any issue during Migration Activities Quickly Understanding the issue, Customer Sentiments and ensuring proper resolution Filling Bugs / Defects and writing cisco Internal Documents to report any Unknown Behavior in Different Versions / Environments to help with Product Enhancements and Improvements.
