الوصف الوظيفي Purpose: - To engage with the client using a holistic approach for identifying the business outcomes, objectives, problem statements and providing expertise in digital transformation, enterprise solution architecture, business framework, understanding the technologies services that will enable the clients, in order to align it with the portfolio. Skills: - Work with Sales, Product subject matter experts to assess client business requirements to design and propose a digital solutions and transformation roadmaps with business outcomes. - To develop proposals for Digital Solutions for business development activities and responding to clients requirement in Cloud, DevOps/DevSecOps, Cyber Security, IoT, Blockchain etc. - Work with executives and other internal and client organizations to formulate enterprise-wide business and/or information technology products and/or services strategies. - Assist solution architects in the preparation and creation of proposal document to describe solutions, service offering, guidance information, service implementation guidelines, installation procedures and bill of material. - Use state of the art, best in class tools, techniques and methods to deliver technical presentations to peers, leadership teams, sales executives, clients, prospects - Follow sales governance, process and procedures. - Enterprise level digital advisory experience in the public and private sector. - Knowledge of the global market and technology trends and drivers to provide enterprise-wide direction and guidance - Knowledge of product domain, relevant technologies and the development processes to develop an overall systems view of the client environment. - Analytical and systems thinking, conflict resolution and negotiation to involve all project stakeholders to drive, implement and institutionalize a change to ensure organizational objective are met. Required Work Experience: • Minimum 10-12 years broad based experience in Outsourcing, Managed Services, Product Management and Pre-sales • Digital consulting or advisory experience to provide strategic and tactical advice to enable clients to fulfil their business objectives. • Proven capability in advising and supporting clients in various vertical industries to enhance their digital journey. • Excellent communication skills to elicit requirements, develop responses and present the way forward.
