Our client is now recruiting for a CEO Assistant - (part time job : 20 hours a week)
This is a Contract role through Manpower - 12 months renewable contract
Responsibilities:
CORPORATE SUPPORT
Support the CEO and Corporate Business Development Manager on selected administrative and organizational business tasks
Prepare selected CEO communication materials (e.g. speeches, letters, emails, photos)
Support when necessary between the PME senior management and external business partners (incl. PAG, AVME, Importers, others)
Support PAG senior management visits (e.g. V, V5, V-Circle, global management development program)
Support the organization and preparation of selected CEO/ExCom/general PME company meetings (e.g. workshops)
المهارات
Requirements:
Candidates should be locally present in the UAE
5+yrs admin. support incl. 2+yrs as Exec Assistant/PA
Languages: English / German would be a plus
High Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
Teamwork, work under high pressure, prioritize tasks independently, handle highly confidential information, ability to build trust with senior management, “Can do“-attitiude, UAE driver’s license.
