We are a Qatar’s leading Manpower service and HR Solution provider, Looking for Sales Support Coordinator-Shipping/Logistic With Good Knowledge in Freight Forwarder Shipping Transportation, preferably Line / NVOCC Non Vessel Owing Common Carrier. Coordinator -Shipping/Logistic Job Tile :Sales Support Coordinator Description Key Roles & Responsibilities • Keep in touch with clients to ensure there is no shortfall of bookings • Keep customers updated with Milaha schedules and release orders • Coordinate sales efforts with the sales personnel and act as a back up during their customer visits • Liaise with different Container Shipping sections to resolve customer grievances • Provide administrative support to the Line manager including file maintenance, competitor profiles and other requirements • Coordinate with Milaha Line Pricing team and agents for local tariffs and handling costs • Prepare contracts and amendments for global customers • Perform job related duties as assigned Qualifications Education & Professional Qualification: - Diploma / certificate level Professional Experience: - 3 - 5 years of experience in a customer service role in Shipping/Logistics - Awareness of the UAE market - Business fluent English - Basic knowledge of the UAE market is required With Best Regards, Riyazuddin Shaikh Recruitment Consultant المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/coordinator-shipping-logistic-4470694/ |
