الوصف الوظيفي Responsibilities: - Welcome, greet, and provide excellent customer service in a genuine and friendly manner to all customers from the moment they enter the store; - Conduct eye exams using optometric equipment and general diagnostic interpretation; - Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses, contact lenses, and recommend appropriate vision care; - Handle medical insurance claims and other documentation; - Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and in a professional way and escalated to senior team members if needed; - Keep the eye test room, equipment, and tools in perfect condition, clean and organised; - Participate, whenever needed, in inventory/stock management and aftersales procedures; - Participate in relevant training and comply with the company’s operational standards. المهارات - 3+ years of experience as an optometrist in the UAE; - In-depth knowledge and applied understanding of best practices in optometry and related diagnostic; - Strong interpersonal skills to ensure flawless customer experience – in person, over the phone, and through email; - Excellent communication skills and English language abilities; - Willingness to learn and continuously develop professional competency; - Confidence, professionalism, and teamwork at all times. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/optometrist-4457880/ |
