Business Developer in the MEP Industry.
Job Description as follows: -
• Identify new opportunities for business.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining our MEP services to clients and prospective clients
• Collecting data for each project including consultant, contractors, competitors, and end-user
• Ability to know how to work and seek for MEP Tenders.
• Establish new client list and maintain the existing one
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including weekly plan, weekly report, monthly report, on-going projects, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
• Prepare market analysis report and needed actions, monthly report and Development forecast report to the direct manager
• Meeting sales targets
• Client management, including abilities to make fluent presentations and client development activities.
• Good communication skills and a proven track record in successfully interacting with clients and collaborating with internal team members is necessary.
• Developing and managing a technical market or business development, along with selling technical services to consultants and facility owners.
Minimum Requirements: -
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Minimum of 8 years of Experience developing and managing a technical market or business development.
• Technical project management experience is desired.
• Salary is Negotiable
