Purpose of the role:
The Training Officer cum Auditor is responsible to support and train all restaurant #BOH & #FOH staff in efficient management and safe food preparation in their branch. He will develop and deliver #training to all staff in branches ensuring that there is a culture of continuous learning and improvement in the branches. In addition, will be responsible for standardizing BOH &FOH;operations in Company and franchise stores, updating SOP and controlling documents in branches.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
• Induct lead all Kitchen in charges, ensuring they are receiving adequate support training and resources to operate their branch at optimum level.
• Responsible for training the staff in the entire operations of the kitchen in all branches as advised by the respective HODs.
• To provide necessary training to improve the quality and hygiene of the food cycle from preparation through to delivery.
• Motivate and lead Kitchen employees to perform their roles to a high standard and in alignment to policies and procedures.
• Standardize operations across all branches.
• Create and maintain a skills grid for each employee.
• To facilitate the audit in order to ensure that the food is prepared in accordance with the company’s #QHSE standards.
• Carry out the periodical audit of all kitchens ensuring improvements required are acted on.
• To train new kitchen helpers and provide ongoing training as advised by the #F&B;#operations manager / Restaurant Manager.
• Experience: 5 Years (At least 3 Years within the U.A.E)
• Driving License: Preferable, not essential
