• Must have 2-year customer B2C, C2C experience
• Must speak Arabic (Native) and English
Description
• Advising clients on the best products or services to suit their specific needs
• Handling customer concerns and complaints
• Answering customer and client calls
• Answering customer calls and directing them to the appropriate recipient
• Communicating with customers via mail, email, and calls
• Completing reports
• Establishing positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone or in-person
