Requirements
• 2+ years as Team Lead or relevant management position OR 2-4 years’ work experience as senior Telesales Executive
• Previous management experience, managing people including coaching, identifying training needs, giving feedback, and developing people ideally in telesales functions.
• Experience in monitoring the customer service delivery and performance of team members and giving appropriate feedback.
• Analytically minded with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other CRMs
Responsibilities:
• Actively monitor daily calls of agents, evaluate agents’ performance, and provide learning and coaching while taking corrective action where necessary.
• Track daily/weekly / monthly performance of executed calls
• Optimize processes and keep the team motivated - Ensure adherence to attendance and compliance to SOPs
• Management – KPIs & Performance management
