Tendering Engineer

Looking for Tendering Engineer – Civil to be based in Dubai, UAE
• Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
• Monitoring of the bid management to ensure it is aligned with the organization’s requirements
• Contribution in cost and price calculations
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
• Bidding offers (often competitive) to set a price by an individual or business for a product or service or a demand that something be done.
• Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.
• Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
• Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
• Participate in and actively support company initiatives.
• Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes of the role and procedures, practices, and measures in place to mitigate the risks.
• Prepare the time schedule (baseline program with histograms for tender stage)
• Should have sound knowledge in method of statement, execution plan and mobilization plan
• B.Sc. of Civil/ Architecture Engineering
• Should have 10-12 years of experience.
• Tendering experience not less than 5 years in Contracting.
