Hiring: Sales Specialist / Business Development Manager
Minimum Experience: 5+ years in Facility Management
Job Roles and Descriptions
• Develop new business relationships, generate, and negotiate new contracts for Facility Management Services as per targets set / per year.
• Generating leads by the means of cold calls, marketing, attending exhibitions and seeking references from existing clients.
• Identifying new business opportunities by mapping of the upcoming projects.
• Build profitable sales by employing a consultative and creative sales approach tailored to the client’s business.
• A clear demonstration of segmenting a market with a strategic approach.
• Develop sales strategy, maintain a healthy sales pipeline and on-board new customers.
• Making business plans, costing, customized presentations & proposals.
• Conduct site surveys along with the operations team.
• Analyzing latest trend of the market in terms of Facility Management Services.
• To prepare documentation for - Tenders, RFP & RFQ etc.
• Strong problem solving, negotiations and interpersonal skills. Market situation.
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
• MBA / BBM in facility management, business administration or in relevant field.
• Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an added advantage but not mandate.
