Urgent Requirement: Associate Engineer MSS SMB Support - Onboarding
3-5 years of related technical experience in an SMB Support environment supporting managed SMB Customers.
(ITIL certified) with Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Communications or related field and/or equivalent experience within area related to the job function.
Job Description:
• Provide support and resolve problems over calls with efficient and timely support.
• Introduction of SMB Services to the customer.
• Helping customers customize the service experience.
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received by SMB Support
• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the Service Incident handling system.
• Use a knowledge base to provide the best support to customers.
• Monitor SMB Support assigned tickets and coordinate with L2/L3 teams till resolution.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly statistics, status reports, and graphical reporting aids and continually modify them to meet the needs of the department.
• Follow-up with management to ensure that decisions are made to improve the overall SMB Support customer support.
• Solves problems and reports them on a daily basis relative to SMB Support responsibilities.
• Performs duties in a cost-effective manner to avoid waste of resources without jeopardizing the quality of care and service.
• Maintains competency and enhances professional growth and development through continuing skills development and training.
• Remains on-call during after-office time to respond to customer incidents and Escalations.
