Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Cold-call client prospects to offer kitchenware products to customers in the home goods market segment
Apply company scripts and relationship building skills to gain traction with customers
Inform customers of sales, deals and bundled packages
Use convincing and accurate product information to demonstrate product benefits
Guide conversation through to persuasive close and successful sale
Establish appointments for sales team demonstrations if necessary

Telesales requires you to be patient, persuasive and persistent. You also need exceptional communication and phone skills, typing experience and the ability to thrive in an office environment. The aim of telesales is to build repeat business through excellent customer relations.
