We are looking for Professional Sales Agent with a proven track record in the Real Estate Market in Dubai who can join and provide exceptional contribution to our company.

Job duties:
Maintain a database of commercial, and residential properties available on the property market
Maintain contact with clients to have opened to discuss future business prospects to build good relationships.
Acted as an intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers over property prices and settlement deals.
Cold calling on the leads provided and adding the reference to extend the leads
Understand and keep up to date with the current market trend
Achieving targets on monthly basis.
Build and establish a good working relationship with both the buyers and the sellers
Evaluate clients’ financial abilities and research properties within their buying power
Develop and implement effective strategies in increasing the value of a property
Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
المهارات
Minimum 1 year Dubai Real Estate market experience
Strong Analytical, Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Willing to grow within the company in the long-term run
Available in UAE
Own car/valid driving license is must
