الوصف الوظيفي You will be responsible for the portfolio of Honeywell Direct Solutions (BMS, Fire Alarm, Security systems, Integration and Software offerings) to End Users, Contractors and MEP consultants. The HBT offering is targeted for premium commercial industry that includes commercial real estate, government buildings, healthcare facilities, hospitality, data centers and other complex and premium market needs. This role is meant to ensure that annual sales volume customer expansion objectives are achieved in terms of pipeline growth, order bookings while complying to Honeywell standards on trade compliance. This position will report to Sales Leader – Gulf Region in HBT Direct business. What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day? · Drive HBT Direct business development efforts through end-user demand generation in the UAE market to sell related solutions and services. · Engage and develop relationships with MEP contractors and be visible in marketplace. · Own the creation of market approach strategy and analyse market demand and forecast future sales targets. · Identify, influence, qualify and develop new opportunities while defining a value proposition for HBS by utilizing specialist industry experience, deep market understanding, and senior relationships with Customers and Partners. · Communicate to leadership on a regular basis and maintain records of pipeline/opportunity status (including RFIs/RFQs/RFPs), forecasting activity, and other information as requested using our customer relationship management (CRM) system. · Influence business leaders, channel representatives, project, and program managers to drive operational and financial efficiencies. · Ensure highest conversion rate from qualifies pipeline to actual projects award. · Develop and execute sales and pursuit strategies and act as focal point of accountability for key tactical pursuits and coordination of resources; working with support team, SBU management, and key partners to develop project execution plans for key pursuits. المهارات · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. · A broad knowledge of sales principles and best practices. · Relationship with key end users and contractors in the UAE · 5 years Plus experience in BMS or Security systems and customer communication for sales. · Experience in understanding key vertical needs like Commercial Real Estate and Hospitality. · Excellent teamwork and communication skills. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/sr-account-manager-hbt-uae-4464300/ |
