To create a database of listings from calling on the extensive data provided of home owners by the company while ensuring good phone manners are maintained at all times.
Ensure all required documents are collected for advertising them on subscribed web portals.
Keep a track of your own listings on the CRM and ensure their quality score is never below 80% bare minimum..
Organize your listings in the CRM whether listed on portals or not. Record all property and owner details on the CRM.
Ensure all required information is received from the seller / landlords in order to list it on web portals.
Ensure all information is received in order to offer the right property to the buyer / tenants.
A minimum number of viewings has been set for each agent, ensure those viewings are done, followed up in 24 hours for further updates.
Maintain and update daily and weekly pipeline of new listings, leads, viewings, offers, transactions done.
Keep clients (Sellers, Buyers and Landlord, Tenants alike) updated on their offers made and received and liaising with all parties to conclude up until the close of the transaction.
Keep a close watch on the market trends and stay updated with new projects.
Cross check for legit documents, and secure payments
المهارات
Strong communication, negotiation and inter personal skills
A track record of sales or a background in sales of luxury products
UAE driving license
Spoken Arabic, Chinese, or Russian will be an advantage
Ability to multi task and strong time management skills
