Key Responsibilities
Source mid to senior level, specialist candidates for leading regional and global businesses
Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standards
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an IT or technical recruiter
Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Self-starter, able to work independently
Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT and other technical roles
