KEY RESULTS AREAS
• To co-ordinate with the Manager - HR to implement the HR and Administrative strategies within the assigned unit such that the departmental objectives are accomplished.
• Assist the HR Manager in all human resource activities which includes (but not limited to): recruitment, training, and development programs for all the levels of the employees.
• To ensure that the manpower planning of the assigned unit is completed on time and the corresponding recruitment is fulfilled accordingly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources through the HR Manager.
• Co-ordinate with the relevant department head to conduct new employee orientation.
• Ensure that the Performance appraisals are being conducted on time within the unit and the feedback is given to the employees through the concerned department head and the HR Manager.
• Responsible for managing the medical insurance queries, claims and other related for the unit.
• Responsible for maintaining and developing all HR & Admin Reports, Human Resource databases, computer filing systems, audit documentation and manual filing systems.
• Assist the HR Manager in monitoring & controlling the activities of the administration such as employee transportation, Camp, Hotel Bookings, security, pantry services & front office management.
