Corporate Trainer

We are looking for Corporate Trainer – HR and Soft Skills, with 5 years’ experience in training Industry.
Job Location ; Dubai, UAE.
Immediate Joining.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct seminars, workshops, webinars, corporate training sessions, soft skills training etc.
• To deliver consistently excellent training sessions to the participants.
• Should have the ability to design effective training programs and study materials.
• Provide high-quality exam preparation instruction to the participants.
• Design, develop, and maintain test preparation materials.
• Administering and scoring practice tests and providing feedback to the students.
• Preparing classroom and coursework materials and assignments.
• Knowledgeable in adult learning methodologies & delivering Training to a range of classes and age groups.
• Keep attendance and other records.
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer of minimum 5 years.
• Experienced with delivering HR and Soft Skills Trainings.
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching.
• Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset.
• Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Critical thinking and decision making.
• International Certification in HR is a plus.
